About the work
The Installation
An installation of 66 images of 11 subjects, ranging between ages 20 – 60. The exhibition focuses on women with diverse experiences and cultural backgrounds, including Vietnamese, Tanzanian, Indigenous and European Australian and Malaysian
The Images
The images provide natural postures and minimal make-up and clothing enhancements, through to underwear and semi and full nude.
From the artist
The images are not designed to emit sexually stylised images from the subjects, but a viewer of the image may choose to interpret it differently.
About the artist
Bernie Clifford
… is a film producer and sees works as a photographer and as an artist/producer in design works and concepts. His honours year film ‘A Fistful of Heart’ won international awards at the Long Island International Film Expo and at the New York Independent Film and Video Festival in the USA.
