About this experience
This unconventional trio takes nothing at face value. They reinvent with each composition, the sounds of their own instruments and the possibilities of their combined talent. The trio draw from their collective experience in classical, jazz and folk traditions to reveal something not quite any of the above and hitting the mark as something entirely their own.
Anthony Schulz is an Aria-award winning musician with a background in jazz, improvisation and European folk.
Eugene Ball has received international acclaim for his improvisation, jazz and composition.
Ben Hanlon is a full-time member of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra as well as a highly regarded performer with jazz ensembles in Australia and beyond.
