Private Function Special Occasion Hire

·Whole day 12noon – 1am: $2,000.00            

·Half Day – (Day Time) 12noon – 5pm: $1,250.00

·Half Day – (Evening) 6:30pm – 1am: $1,500.00

Hire Fees include

·Full use of venue, - Live performance/gallery/screening/function space/, rear gallery/function space, rear courtyard and front street footpath seating.

·Bar staff and full drinks menu (no minimum spend)

·Front of house services

·In-house Audio /AV engineer /Camera/Vision Switcher Operator & Projectionist

·Allen & Heath 16Track Audio Mixer

·6x Vocal Wireless Mics, associated other instrument mics, stands, leads, 6XDI boxes,

·BluRay projectors X 4 and HDMI, USB &Chromecast connections to project Ticketing and event productions and co-promotions

·Private Green room

·Assistance in contacting artists for your event– musicians/bands, burlesque, visual artists. (*note artist fees are not included in venue hire).

·Capacity – 50 people seated event; up to 100people with minimal seating and standing room.
