Ausecuma Beats formed as a combination of musicians from Australia, the Senegambia region, Cuba and Mali. Hence the name Ausecuma, combining the four regions into one word. As a result, Ausecuma Beats as a band stands for unity among diverse peoples, and it shows through their combined influences from Africa, Cuba and Australia. On Saturday November 20th the band will bring their self-titled debut album to POME to connect with Richmond and surrounding suburbs.

The four percussionists of Ausecuma Beats create complex rhythms which inspires your body to move. With the highly talented lead singer, guitarist, bass guitarist and saxophonist, the music is blended into something incredibly danceable yet unmistakably unique at the same time.
